All our products are handcrafted with genuine Italian leather and foil stamped with unique characters chosen. Due to the nature of the material each product may vary with regards to the personalisation, however we ensure each product undergoes close examination to achieve perfection.

We currently ONLY personalise A-Z letters in Capital (maximum of 3 letters), although for extended preferences please contact and will try our best to cater for your custom personalisation.

Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, direct heat, prolonged exposure to light and contact with alcohol and oily substances. 


All our products include a 90 days warranty which covers manufacturer defects, in particular pre-existing faults with regards to craftsmanship or material. Please bear in mind that damage done by the user is not covered by the warranty. This includes: improper handling, normal wear/tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, damage resulting from an accident, and contact with oily or moist substances.

The genuine Italian leathers used in our collection may have development in colour and finish over time, and may not remain the same from the day of receiving the products.


All orders which have been personalised and shipped cannot be cancelled or returned as each item has been specifically personalised. However, products not personalised can be returned within 21 days of purchase, long as the product remains intact in original packaging, unused and undamaged.

The cost of return is at the expense of the buyer, and all refunds will be processed once the product has been received and inspected by quality control. A notification will be sent to the buyer via email upon receiving the products, and once the refund has been issued.
